2. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Effective date: July 2026
At Bojamiley we want you to love what you wear. Because we produce both ready-to-wear pieces and made-to-order bespoke commissions, please read the section that applies to your order.
Ready-to-wear and stock items
You may request a return of an unworn, unwashed ready-to-wear item in its original condition, with tags attached, within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, with no alterations, stains, perfume, or signs of wear.
To start a return, contact us at bojamiley@gmail.com or +234 813 365 1906 with your order number and reason. We will confirm the return address and next steps.
Bespoke, custom, and made-to-order items
Bespoke bridal gowns, custom cultural couture, and any garment made or altered to your measurements or specifications are produced specifically for you. For this reason they cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind, sizing given in error, or a change in event plans. This is standard practice for couture and made-to-order fashion. We work closely with you through consultation, measurement, and fittings to make sure your piece is right.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If any item arrives faulty, damaged, or not matching what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will repair, remake, replace, or refund the item at no cost to you, including any return shipping for the faulty item. This applies to both ready-to-wear and bespoke pieces.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or provider. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the item was faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange an eligible ready-to-wear item for a different size or style, subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and made-to-order reasons, the following cannot be returned unless faulty: bespoke and custom garments, altered items, and items marked final sale.
