Every Bojamiley piece leaves our atelier at No. 13 Victoria Street, Ojota, Lagos, Nigeria.

We deliver across Nigeria and internationally to brides and customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Dubai and Canada. If you are ordering from another country, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm delivery availability.

How Long It Takes

Ready-to-Wear

Ready-to-wear orders are generally dispatched within 2 to 5 working days after your order has been confirmed.

You will receive your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Bespoke Bridal and Cultural Couture

Our bespoke bridal and cultural couture pieces are made specifically for each client.

Production generally takes 2 to 4 weeks after your design has been approved, measurements have been confirmed and all required materials are available.

The exact production time depends on the design, level of detail, fabric availability and whether additional fittings or alterations are required.

For international brides, we recommend allowing additional time for shipping and customs clearance. Starting your order early also gives us more flexibility for fittings and final adjustments before your wedding.

Once your gown is ready, express international delivery generally takes approximately 1 to 3 working days in transit, depending on the destination and courier service. Customs clearance can add additional time.

Your specific production and delivery timeline will be confirmed with you before production begins.

Delivery Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination, package size, weight and courier service.

The applicable shipping cost will be communicated before dispatch or included in your bespoke quotation where applicable.

International Courier

International orders are sent using express courier services such as DHL Express or FEZ delivery, depending on the destination and shipment requirements.

International courier services provide shipment tracking and customs-clearance support. Delivery estimates refer to transit time and do not include any additional time required for customs clearance.

Duties, Taxes and Customs

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by the customs authorities in the country of delivery and are not included in the Bojamiley purchase price or standard shipping charge unless specifically stated in your quotation.

The customer is responsible for applicable import duties, taxes and customs charges.

United States

US customs rules changed on August 29, 2025, following the suspension of duty-free de minimis treatment for qualifying low-value shipments. As a result, shipments may be subject to applicable duties, taxes and fees under current US customs rules.

United Kingdom

International shipments entering the UK may be subject to import VAT and, depending on the value, product classification and applicable rules, Customs Duty.

Canada

Shipments entering Canada may be subject to applicable GST/HST, provincial taxes, customs duties and other import charges depending on the goods and their value.

Any applicable charges assessed by customs or the courier are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

Every international order is shipped with tracking.

Once your piece leaves our Lagos atelier, we will send your tracking information by WhatsApp and email so you can follow your shipment.

Ordering From Abroad

You do not need to fly to Lagos to order your Bojamiley gown.

We work with international brides remotely through video consultations, guided measurements and virtual fittings. Our team will guide you through the process from your initial consultation to the completion and delivery of your gown.
